Ignite Programme competition

This year Nursing Times are launching our Ignite Innovation Programme at the Nursing Times Patient Flow Forum, in partnership with Teletracking, looking for nurses with bold ideas on how to improve the patient journey through health systems.

As healthcare providers face unprecedented demand on services, poor management of patient flow can lead to cancellations of elective surgery, increases in hospital acquired infections, falls, increased mortality, errors in clinical pathways and increases in staff sickness absence due to stress. Therefore, innovative approaches to improve capacity and transform the patient experience are needed to meet this challenge.

You are challenged to present your idea to a panel of judges to tackle the issues surrounding patients journey in the healthcare system.

If you have a solution to tackle patient flow, then we want to hear about it!

Please submit your entry by Friday 21 August.
